1 A guarantee of timeliness is achieved when there is a combination of defined clinical protocols, reliable records, and effective oversight. This ensures that timelines are understood equally throughout the system and that individuals receive care within the timeframe established by law.² The tracer intervention was defined by the research team (Table 2).
