The key entities in the model are the patient, the physician, and the electrophysiology lab. When the patient (solid line) and physician (dashed line) arrive at an empty lab, the pulmonary vein isolation procedure commences within the model using a lab occupancy time drawn from the probability distribution derived from the global cryo registry.
