Vaginal infiltration for relief of neuropathic pain after sacrospinous hysteropexy: First successful mid-term report
Infiltration set.
The procedure used Perican® 18G spinal needle —1.3 x 80 millimeters— with a solution containing saline (3 milliliters), plus betamethasone acetate (3 milligrams per milliliter), betamethasone disodium phosphate (3 milligrams per milliliter), lidocaine (2%) (3 milliliters), and bupivacaine (0.5%) (3 milliliters).
